Also added an extra image to properly show them all off.Hi guys, you can download a little pack with all brushes and textures that I had when I first installed Paint Tool SAI in my computer. So you'll have to erase and nudge the pattern around as needed when working on any art projects.Įdit: Added a few more textures to the files and updated the Sai v1 install instructions to match them. It's more to have the pattern cover a large area then to go back and smooth it out as need be. The brushes aren't meant to be used as a slap on and done tool. IMPORTANT NOTE: To use the textures they have to be used with the regular brush in Sai, meaning that while the texture can be made crisp the edge of the brush still sadly has some fading to it. There will be more textures added to this set either as they're suggested or as I add onto what I already use.

Two of the folders have instructions on how to install the textures for the two versions of Sai, and the remaining folder has the textures.

Turns out you can! I made brushes of the 22 32 textures I regularly use when making my own tilesets and am sharing them here for others to use too. For a while I just made the textures and just copy pasted them as I needed, but lately I wanted to see if it was possible to make dither brushes using the texures. No dithering brushes and it wasn't possible to make them by fiddling with the settings. For the longest time I've preferred working in Paint Tool Sai for drawing, and once I started using Sai v2 it became my main program for pixel art too.
